Clinical History: 49-year-old woman attending for screening mammography
What is the diagnosis?
Intramuscular lipoma in right pectoralis major muscle
The mammograms demonstrate a well-defined, ovoid, mass lying within and expanding the right pectoralis major muscle. The mass is homogeneously lucent in keeping with a lipoma.
