Research Bursaries

Are you passionate about advancing breast imaging techniques? The British Society of Breast Radiology invites applications for a research bursary aimed at breast imaging. This £10,000 bursary is designed to support innovative research projects that include a radiologist/radiographer as a collaborator.
This prestigious award is underpinned by the fact that BSBR is on the NIHR non-commercial partner list https://www.nihr.ac.uk/nihr-rdn-non-commercial-partner-list, and BSBR-funded projects meeting the appropriate criteria https://www.nihr.ac.uk/media/21851/download may be eligible for adoption into the NIHR portfolio.
 
The application consists of a max 3-page proposal with the headings below, and CV of the primary applicant.

  3. Brief study design
  4. Translational Impact
  5. Budget to include
    1. Breakdown of Costs
    2. Have you explored or obtained other or additional funding for this application? If yes please give further details
  6. Collaborators (The applicant or one of the collaborators must be a member of BSBR)
