On behalf of PHE National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service (NCRAS), we would like to let you know that the PHE Cancer Services, Data and Outcomes Conference 2018 will take place on 20 and 21 June in Manchester and you can now submit an abstract and book your place via the conference website.
The conference will explore how data is being used to prevent, diagnose and help treat people with cancer. Leading experts will share the very latest research across the whole patient pathway from prevention, early diagnosis and treatment through to patient experience, quality of life and patient outcomes. We will also hear about novel data sets, sources and innovations in the use of cancer data and how it can help make changes in service delivery and ultimately the quality of patient care.
Abstract submission deadline - Friday 16 February
Abstract submissions are invited for potential poster or oral presentation at the conference. We welcome submissions on work that introduces new ideas, research findings and improvements across the patient pathway. Both quantitative and qualitative abstracts may be submitted. Please visit the conference website to submit an abstract before midnight (UK time) on Friday 16 February.
Please book your place early
You can now book your place and pay the registration fees online via the conference website. It is possible to book just one day or both days, and there is an option to attend a conference dinner on the evening of Wednesday 20 June. Please note there are very limited places for the dinner, so early booking is recommended.
